Founded in 2020, JOC Lawyers (J Ong & Chong) is an independent corporate, transactional and commercial law firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are a boutique, partner-led practice advising founders, investors and businesses across Malaysia and the wider region.

Our work runs across the corporate lifecycle — acquisitions and exits, venture and growth financings, capital markets transactions, energy and infrastructure projects, and the commercial arrangements that surround them, frequently across borders.
