JOC advised Kairous Capital, the lead investor in the US$3 million Series A funding round raised by a Thai hobbyist e-commerce platform.
The company is a Thailand-based e-commerce platform focused on hobby and lifestyle products. The financing was intended to support the expansion of its platform, product offering and wider hobby lifestyle ecosystem.
JOC also advised on the related investment documentation and group restructuring arrangements.
