JOC advises Kairous Capital on US$10 million Series A financing
JOC acted for Kairous Capital on its US$10 million equity investments into a Malaysia-founded drone technology company operating across Southeast Asia.
The Series A fundraising was undertaken to support the company’s regional and international expansion, research and development initiatives, and the continued growth of its drone, software and services businesses.
The JOC team was led by Ong Wei Jie (Partner).
