JOC advised Pekat Solar Sdn. Bhd. on its appointment as EPCC contractor for a 29.99 MWac solar photovoltaic project in Kinta, Perak under Malaysia’s Corporate Green Power Programme. The contract is valued at RM115 million.

Our work included advice on the project documentation and principal contractual arrangements governing the development, construction and commissioning of the utility-scale renewable energy facility.
