JOC advised Pekat Solar Sdn Bhd on a 15-year power purchase agreement for a rooftop solar photovoltaic system at a manufacturing facility in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.

Pekat Solar will develop, own, operate and maintain the 3,960.13 kWp system, which is expected to commence commercial operations in the fourth quarter of 2026. The project has an estimated value of RM23.04 million, based on projected revenue over the term of the agreement.

JOC advised on the power purchase agreement and related project arrangements.
