• Acted on sponsorship and management arrangements for professional motorsport drivers, covering racing activities, media engagements, promotional commitments and event participation.
• Acted for a regional payments and financial technology group on a sponsorship arrangement for a major banking and financial services summit, including participation, branding and speaking rights.
• Acted for a Middle Eastern renewable energy company on a cross-border dealership arrangement for the importation, distribution, marketing, sale and servicing of products within an agreed territory.
