• Acted on the reorganisation of a Thai operating group under a Singapore holding company, including investor consents, foreign ownership considerations and preference share rights.
• Advised a regional hospitality platform on a group reorganisation exercise involving the establishment of a new Singapore holding company as the ultimate parent entity, and consolidating its regional ownership structure.
