• Advised on the EPC arrangements for a large-scale solar project in Johor, including an increase in project capacity from 63 MWac to 135 MWac and a revised contract value of approximately RM186.54 million.
• Advised a solar energy company on the award of a 29.99 MWac solar project in Perak under Malaysia’s Corporate Green Power Programme, with a contract value of RM115 million.
• Advised a solar energy company on the award of solar-related works with a total contract value of RM29.1 million.
• Advised a Malaysian solar energy company on a 15-year rooftop solar power purchase agreement with a major Malaysian dairy products manufacturer for a 3.96 MWp system, with projected revenue of approximately RM23 million over the contract term.
• Advised on legal and financing matters for a solar project under Malaysia’s Corporate Green Power Programme.
• Advised on a solar power purchase arrangement incorporating battery energy storage and related energy supply terms.
• Advised on commercial arrangements relating to renewable energy certificates, including pricing, tax and entitlement matters.
